What age patients do you see?
Vista Medical Group is made up of Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialists. Because of this, we may only diagnosis and treat patients that are a minimum of 14 years old on the date of service. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule, so be sure that if you are scheduling an appointment for your child they meet this age requirement!
How do I request a prescription refill?
Please contact your pharmacy directly for prescription refills. For certain medications, an office visit may be necessary prior to authorizing the refill.
What medications require an office visit to get a prescription?
For the following C-II medications, you MUST schedule an office visit in order to be granted a refill of your prescription.
- Adderral
- Dilaudid
- Duragesic (Fentanyl)
- Methadone
- Morphine
- Oxycodone
- Oxycontin

- Percocet (Oxycodone/APAP)

- Ritalin, Concerta (Methylphenidate)
