VMG is a group of Board Certified Primary Care Internal Medicine Providers dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to all of our patients. VMG was founded by Shannon Gray June 1st, 1997 in Apache Junction, Arizona. After 12 years of a successful practice, VMG expanded to Mesa, Gilbert and Tempe areas where we have been serving those communities for a period of time. Tempe, our newest location is also considered Deaf Friendly and can serve the Deaf and Hard of Hearing patients. We have ASL certified and ASL proficient staff in Tempe to assist with the patients care. Our superbly trained providers and support staff are honored and excited to serve our community with their healthcare needs. Our friendly and devoted attention to your health is of the utmost importance as we strive to constantly provide incomparable patient care. Our focus is not only to make your feel better when down with the flu or cough and cold, but we concentrate on the prevention and treatment of adult diseases and work towards a long, healthy, prosperous life for all our patients.

Vista Medical Group provides a wide range of services. These include, but are not limited to: Sick Visits, Disease Management, Well-Woman Exams including PAPs, Well-Men Check-ups, DOT Physicals, Sports Physicals, Yearly Physicals, and minor injuries including most lacerations. VMG provides blood draw services on specific days in each of our clinics for patient’s convenience. With our in-depth training in adult medicine, treating patients 14 and older, let us be your choice to become your Primary Care Provider servicing your medical needs and navigate the increasingly complex world of healthcare.
