Vista Medical Group (VMG) is a group of Board Certified Primary Care Internal Medicine Providers dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to all of our patients. Our superbly trained providers and support staff are honored and excited to serve our community with their healthcare needs. Our friendly and devoted attention to your health is of the utmost importance as we strive to constantly provide incomparable patient care. Our focus is not only to make you feel better when down with the flu or cough and cold, but we concentrate on the prevention and treatment of adult diseases and work towards a long, healthy, prosperous life for all our patients.
Vista Medical Group provides a wide range of services. These include, but are not limited to: Sick Visits, Disease Management, Well-Woman Exams including PAPs, Well-Men Check-ups, DOT Physicals, Sports Physicals, Yearly Physicals, and minor injuries including most lacerations. VMG provides blood draw services on specific days in each of our clinics for patient’s convenience. With our in-depth training in adult medicine, treating patients 14 and older, let us be your choice to become your Primary Care Provider servicing your medical needs and navigate the increasingly complex world of healthcare.

Meet the Physicians
Dr. Usma Ahmad, M.D.
Dr. Usma Ahmad is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Primary Care physician. She was born and raised in Southern California. She then went to medical school and graduated Suma Cum Laude from King Edward Medical College. She completed her Internal Medicine recidency at St. Elizabeth's hospital, a TUFT's affiliated hospital in Boston, Massachussetts. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, who is also a physician specializing in Urology, and their three daughters. They love to travel, watch movies, and spend time as a family. She has a passion for helping underserved populations which she has done through her educational and professional careers. She has helped in various free health clinics and implemented health policy reforms at the state/government level overseas.
Jerry Quigley, PA-C
Born in Wyandotte, Michigan, Jerry graduated from Theodore Roosevelt Secondary School High School,then moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Once there, he achieved his Degree in Nursing. Jerry has worked in Canada and throughout the US in many hospitals. Prior to working in the East Valley the past 15 years, he graduated from University of North Dakota as a Physician Assistant. Additionally, Jerry is a licensed Physician Assistant in Canada and has worked as a PA in Psychiatry at Chatham Kent Health Alliance in Ontario, Canada. He adds: “I enjoy being at home with my wife and kids; and I’m also an avid boater.”
